When you write to us we process what you provide: name, company, email address and the content of your message. The contact form sends nothing to a server of ours. It opens the mail app on your device.

When the website is loaded, the hosting provider records technically necessary server logs. These may contain the IP address, the time and the address requested.

No analytics cookies are set and no advertising profiles are built. No consent banner is shown, because no consent-requiring cookies are in use.

We process personal data to answer enquiries, to operate and secure the website, and to meet legal obligations.

The Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) applies. Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a given processing operation, we rely on the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, and on the pre-contractual communication your enquiry sets in motion.

Personal data is not sold.

The hosting provider sees the logs that operation requires and is bound by contract to confidentiality. Otherwise data is shared only where the law or an authority requires it.

This website is operated within Switzerland and the European Economic Area.

For any disclosure to other countries we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or on another safeguard recognised by the Swiss Federal Council.

Enquiries and the related correspondence are kept for up to three years. Server logs are deleted after a short period.

Where a statutory retention duty applies, the statutory period governs. Client files under anti money laundering law follow the retention periods that law prescribes.

You can request access, have inaccurate data corrected, request deletion where no retention duty stands in the way, and request your data in a common format.

Any consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time.

You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and, where the GDPR applies, to a competent supervisory authority.

The website is served over TLS only. Access to mailboxes and systems is limited to the people who need it for their work.

No technical measure offers complete protection, and we do not claim otherwise here.
